This is a blog post from Caroline Riss, MLSA Staff Attorney, who is in Cambodia on exchange to assist with a legal organization.This week the Women’s Empowerment Exchange Program from Montana met with staff from the U.S. Embassy in Cambodia to discuss the goals of the exchange. Exchange participants even had the pleasure of a photo taken with U.S. Ambassador to Cambodia, William E. Todd.
